Noel Cooper is a survivor who understands firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate resources during times of fear, uncertainty, and the unknown. Those lived experiences inspired her to start a nonprofit dedicated to Rebuild the Brave, helping others find stability, strength, and confidence again. A former military wife, lifelong member of a military and first-responder family, and a proud mom to an amazing son—who is also a survivor—Noel is deeply rooted in service. She pours back into her community in every way she can, whether through art, advocacy, or financial support, believing that healing is stronger when we don’t have to do it alone.

Thomas Holcomb is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who is now retired and continues to serve others through his work and community involvement. He is the owner of Aqua Blu Pool Services, where his dedication and integrity reflect the same values he carried during his military service. Thomas pours his heart into giving back—placing a strong focus on supporting veterans, first responders, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and families and children within the community. His passion for service and rebuilding lives closely aligns with the mission of Rebuild the Brave, as he remains committed to strengthening, supporting, and uplifting those who need it most.

Sharon McWilliams brings a lifetime of dedication to community service and helping others. With a strong background in assisting individuals and families in finding homes and resources, Sharon has a heart for giving back. She is the founder of her own nonprofit, Pennies from Angels, and will be teaming with us to ensure a strong support system for those we serve. Sharon comes from a family with deep roots in our community, particularly in supporting small businesses and giving back whenever possible. She is also an amazing mom of two children and a proud grandmother. Her experience, generosity, and commitment make her an invaluable asset to our nonprofit and the mission to rebuild hope and strength in our community.

Stacy Depoe is a dedicated advocate, community supporter, and proud mom of many amazing children and a loving grandmother. Coming from a family with a strong military background, Stacy understands the importance of service, resilience, and commitment. As a survivor of domestic violence herself, she has channeled her experiences into supporting others, giving back to her community, and empowering survivors to find their voice and strength. Stacy’s compassion, encouragement, and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset to any team, as she consistently contributes her time, energy, and support to uplift those around her.

Lori Nicole Payne is a devoted mother and grandmother with a passion for supporting her community. She holds a degree in psychology and is a survivor of domestic violence, which fuels her commitment to helping others overcome adversity. Niki is proud to come from a family with a legacy of military service and continues to honor that tradition, with family members currently serving as first responders. Through her work with Rebuild the Brave, she channels her experiences and dedication into empowering others and giving back to those who have served and sacrificed
