Our mission is to restore stability, dignity, and trust for the brave among us. Rebuild the Brave supports veterans, first responders, and survivors of DV and SA by helping them access benefits, connect to vital resources, secure safe housing through tiny homes, and empower communities to be part of the solution.

Help us raise awareness of our mission and programs by sharing our website, social media pages, and events with your friends, family, and colleagues.

We are survivors helping survivors.
Rebuild the Brave was born from lived experience—knowing the fear, the isolation, and the struggle of trying to heal without clear support. We’ve used and vetted the resources we share because we know how important trust is. Everything we do is driven by a simple belief: no one should have to navigate healing alone.

Noel Cooper is a survivor who understands firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate resources during times of fear, uncertainty, and the unknown. Those lived experiences inspired her to start a nonprofit dedicated to Rebuild the Brave, helping others find stability, strength, and confidence again. A former military wife, lifelong member of a military and first-responder family, and a proud mom to an amazing son—who is also a survivor—Noel is deeply rooted in service. She pours back into her community in every way she can, whether through art, advocacy, or financial support, believing that healing is stronger when we don’t have to do it alone.

Paul Scully has worked in the oilfield for many years and is known for his dedication, hard work, and service to others. Coming from a family with multiple veterans—and as the father of a son serving in the Navy—Paul has a deep respect for those who have served our country. He is actively involved in giving back to the community and supporting veterans and their families.

It is my honor to serve on the board of the "Rebuild The Brave" charity to provide assistance to all veterans.
I am a retired public servant who worked in various capacities in local government for 36 years.
The last 20 years I worked as an Investigator.
I want to thank all of the veterans who served in the military of the United States. God Bless!
